Energy Works is excited to have two new interns join the team! The interns will be working with the Energy Works Team on both the Renewable Schools Program and Energy Efficiency Program.
Astrid Santiago and Lucas Mitchell found the Energy Works program through the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) at the University of Michigan. They are both engineers at U-M and are volunteering for Energy Works for the full academic year.
Lucas and Astrid are assisting Energy Works Project manager, Jason Bing, and Project Associate, Kelly Weger. They are ensuring the accuracy, consistency and completeness of Technical Energy Audits of schools in the EE and RE Programs by reviewing the reports and workbooks from the auditors. They will also present analyses of the information presented in the reports.
